First missionary for the Island of Faté,
New Hebrides, and formerly Minister
of Strathalbyn, Prince Edward Island.
Born at West Bay, Cape Breton, July 5th 1828,
Died at Onehunga Oct.25th 1869,
aged 41 years.
Also
CHRISTINA ROSS,
relict of the above,
who died Feb.4th 1882,
aged 49 years.
For several years a devoted
fellow-worker with her husband
in missionary labours among
the natives of Faté.
